Sparkling wine is an obsession at Howard Park. We are one of Western Australia’s principal producers of sparkling wine and have one of the very few méthode traditionnelle bottling lines in the state.

Our Mount Barrow vineyard, in the cool climate Great Southern region, is perfectly suited to growing fine Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes which are high in natural acidity.

The name Jeté is an ode to the professional dance careers of Jeff Burch’s siblings, David and Lesley, both of whom subsequently found passion and purpose in the family wine business. Jeté is a signature ballet movement requiring time, dedication, commitment and great skill to create the illusion of boundless control; the same principles are used to create Howard Park’s sparkling wines.

There are four méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines in the range: Jeté Brut Blanc NV, Jeté Rosé, Petit Jeté and Grand Jeté.

In 2017 Howard Park’s Jeté Brut Blanc NV was awarded Best Australian Sparkling at the highly-respected Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships in London.
