This wine is a wave of flavour and aroma that starts with a blast of fruit and spice, as preserved citrus, blackcurrant, custard apple, nectarine, sweet herbs, lemon verbena and vanilla pod detail the signature bouquet. The palate is a fusion of these many fruits, spices and herbs which are further shaped and refined by lemon curd creaminess and a dry mineral-flintiness, adding texture and dimension. A lively, soft lime zest embellishes the fine, chalk-like acidity to finish.

WinemakingEach individual vineyard block that contributes to the Miamup Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is vinified separately. Most batches are cool fermented in stainless steel to maximise varietal character and fruit flavour. Special batches are hand-picked, whole fruit pressed and fermented in oak to add complexity and texture.
