Tasting Notes
Pale gold in colour with notes of citrus zest, peach, and freshly baked macaroons. The fine mousse of the palate captures bright flavours of citrus, red berries and baked apple. Time on yeast lees has added creamy lemon curd and subtle wafer biscuit layers of flavour and texture. A wine rich and full of flavour balanced by a fine and gently lingering acidity.Cellaring

Product Reviews
"Light to medium colour, bright yellow, with a good collar of foam. The aroma is fresh and clean, showing some subtle dried fruit and dried herb notes and the palate soft and full, round and ample with generosity and attractive texture, if not great complexity. It finishes clean, dry and refreshing. Lovely wine."

The Real Review, August 2018
"This is a racy little sparkling wine made from chardonnay sourced out of the south of the state’s cooler areas. It’s a lighter style and yet there is good flavour intensity held with a precise structural acidity. Like the subtle biscuity characters with a little twist of lemon. Has such a great mouthfeel. Terrific meal starter"
