On the nose, herbs, blackcurrants and slight leafiness are woven through with smoky oak, and the medium-bodied palate shows great finesse and presence, ending firm and austere. “A beautiful expression of Cabernet Sauvignon - one I would have liked to taste against a few Bordeaux wines. Classic in its blackcurrant/cedar nose, through weight and balance ? just the right amount of sweetness and a long clean and lingering finish.95 now, more points I am sure as it ages and well worth the $40.00 asked.”
