Rave Reviews for Howard Park Leston Wines from 2001 Vintage

\Winestate Magazine in its March/April 2003 edition awarded the soon to be released 2001 Howard Park Leston Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz wines with four and a half stars. They described the wines:

2001 Howard Park Leston Cabernet Sauvignon - "A big wine. Sappy/oaky nose. Palate shows lovely cedary oak; chocolate/plum fruit and some herbal/savoury characters. Chalky tannins and spicy warm oak finish."

2001 Howard Park Leston Shiraz - "Cherry Ripe nose with a touch of VA. Buckets of lovely plummy dark jube fruit flavours and citrus-like oak filling out a full-bodied balanced palate. 'A magnificent wine' thought one of the jugdes."

These wines, together with the 2001 Howard Park Scotsdale Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, will be released in May 2003 - don't miss out! More information on this release will follow.
